Tra Que – a little charming village lies on the edge of Hoi An. It is named after the sweetly scented vegetable. These vegetables not only make the Pho Hoi ‘s meals more sweet with different flavour but also make Hoi An ‘ specialities such as Cao Lau, Quang Noodle more memorable.If you come here to the village , you can also enjoy the cooking class conducted by the host with local “ Tam Huu”spring roll which is primarily made from Tra Que vegetables or pancake with meat (Banh xeo) which is made with the enlivenment.

At 08.00, the local guide will pick you up at your hotel then take a cycle to the downtown, stop by colorful central market in Hoi an. Here you will have a opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. Therefore, make sure your camera is handy.
At 10.00, take a bike to Tra Que vegetable village. Welcome drink for rest and walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here.
At 11.00, work together with our chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.
Around 14:00, bid farewell to your host family before riding back to Hoi an. Tour ends at your hotel.
